Four routes through the documentation, based on what you want to make.
The documentation is organised by outcome, not by menu. Pick the route that matches what you need to do today; you can jump between routes at any time.
Path 1 · Learn to fly
I have never flown FPV Map
Start with the first five minutes, then learn one axis at a time. Finish with the practice drills.
Your first five minutes → Mode 2 → Practice drills
Path 2 · Create cinematic shots
I want a shot, not a flight lesson
Learn the shot vocabulary, then practise the establishing shot, reveal, orbit and pull-away over the Financial District. The composition guide explains why the frames work.
Camera operator → Establishing shot → Orbit → Composition
Path 3 · Plan an event or production
I need to brief someone else
Scout the location in 3D, choose a movement, capture the start and end poses, then turn the idea into a one-page brief with risks and on-site adjustments.
Build a shot → Shot brief → Event planning → Shot list
Path 4 · I know the controls
Just show me the tables
The controls reference lists every input and on-screen control. The HUD guide explains the telemetry, and troubleshooting covers the common failures.
Controls reference → HUD → Troubleshooting

Read What is FPV Map? first. It takes five minutes and makes the rest of the documentation easier to navigate.
About the screenshots
Every screenshot and demo in this documentation was captured in FPV Map over the Transamerica Pyramid and the Financial District, San Francisco.
FPV Map is a simulator. It never sends commands to an aircraft, and virtual rehearsal is not a substitute for legal checks, a site survey or safe piloting.
